The Proposal
The process begins with an exchange of key property details.
Location. Layout. Desired Market Positioning.
Using the references provided, our design team conducts an evaluation and prepares a report which includes a to-do list and a bespoke staging proposal tailored to the home’s unique character and target audience.
Vision Board
After the approval of our proposed design, the team curates a tailored concept that reflects the home’s character and target market. You’ll receive a clear, visually driven proposal, outlining the staging direction, recommended pieces, total piece number and mood board references - designed to help you envision the transformation with confidence.
Delivery
Once the proposal is approved, we prepare the selected inventory and arrange for delivery. Our design team steps in for a final walkthrough, ensuring the layout, styling and accents align with the staging vision and meet agreed-upon aesthetic standards.
Listing Period
While the home is listed, its presentation must remain flawless. Should the property remain on the market longer than expected, we offer optional refreshing services. This includes inspecting and maintaining the furnishings, adjust styling details and refresh the staging kits to ensure everything feels as polished and welcoming as day one. This helps preserve the emotional impact of the space for every potential buyer who walks in at any moment.
Destage & Purchasing
As your home transitions into its next chapter, we remain involved with a supportive approach - offering guidance to ensure a smooth conclusion to the staging process.
For buyers who connect emotionally with the staged environment, we offer the option to purchase the selection of furnishings and decorative pieces, allowing them to carry that curated warmth into their new home.
